The Aviation Sciences Program at Baylor University seeks outstanding aviation professional at the rank of Lecturer . Aviation Sciences is a growing and dynamic program at Baylor, and we are looking for a candidate who can augment our capabilities and help us continue our pursuit of excellence in collegiate aviation. This is a full-time lecturer position with responsibilities teaching Aviation Sciences courses beginning Fall 2025. Teaching assignments will include Aviation Ground School and other Aviation-specific courses. This appointment is a renewable full-time, benefits-eligible, teaching-focused position with a 6-year promotion path to Senior Lecturer for successful candidates and a 12-year promotion path to Teaching Professor for highly successful candidates (see: Policy on Full-Time Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, and Teaching Professors at Baylor University).
