Training Support: Northern Jet covers the costs for the Crew Training Program (CTP) and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certifications. Crew Credentialing: The company facilitates the acquisition of a Paid Known Crewmember Badge (KCM) for enhanced convenience during travel. Safety Management: A comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) program is firmly established, backed by strong leadership support. This program encompasses initiatives such as the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP). Work Schedule: Pilots adhere to a structured work schedule of 8 days on duty followed by 6 days off duty, with an additional option of 15 days on duty and 13 days off duty cycle. Compensation: Generous compensation packages include: Competitive Base Salary Daily Per Diem, Domestic $75, International $120 Scheduled Day Off pay, $1150 per PIC, $800 per Second in Command (SIC).
